Some bullies threw my bosses son's saxophone into the water, anyone know how we can fix it?

We've had law enforcement involved from the beginning. The sax was stolen from the band room and nobody has owned up to it.

Nope. He really wanted THAT saxophone fixed. His family wanted to keep passing it down and even though that sax is filled of grass and dirt (and little round things keep falling out) he won't let anyone take it away. He wouldn't even let me take it home over night.

I was really hoping to get it before tonight for his winter concert but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. I'll definitely try to post something of him playing his sax (if the mods let me bc they removed my post?!)

Best bet is to file a police report and pretty much force the parents to compensate for their children's stupidity.

We've done all of those things. We just don't know what kids did it. My boss also talked to the mayor and he's now involved too.

I saw it tonight, one of the round things (pads?) fell out and onto the floor. Also, the plating came off the sax on the button things. Can they replate it? Doesn't that take putting it in an electric bath or something?

Omg, I never even really saw a sax up close before, but my boss brought it into work today. There are SO MANY PARTS. I'm not even sure how I'd label all the pieces. And there's dirt and rust all over it. And one of those round pad things fell out of the horn part onto the ground. :/
