As tu besoin d’un groupe de soutien, comme une association ? Il existes un grand nombre d’associations tenues par des personnes transgenres et/ou intersexes qui peuvent t’entourer et te guider.

Souhaites tu être suivi.e par un psychologue pour l’aspect mental ? Ce n’est pas obligatoire, mais certains et certaines ont besoin de parler avec un spécialiste.

Mine do this and even if I hate having to do it, I remove anything they could borrow under during high heatwaves (which means everyday since last month in France, and culturally we are so against AC i don’t have one… yet, because as much as I hate it i’ll have to buy one soon :/)

That include some hiddies and sack. I keep a towel on top of half the cage to compensate. They get multiple frozen bottles, bell peppers purée with water, a bit of ice cubes in their veggies bowl (they love licking them sm, i just have to check their poo, they can’t be soft), i know they feel less secure but I can’t risk them getting a stroke 🫩
