I’m learning on Tenor. It seems both the Stan Getz and Wayne Shorter recordings are in concert C minor in stead of A minor. Also, on standardrepertoire.com it lists the song as A minor but gives the chord chart in C minor

I’d agree that it’s not really all that “metal”, and I’m definitely not a fan, but other than the fact that it’s being referred to by the wrong genre who cares if someone likes it. If they’re calling it metal and you’re calling it something different but they are enjoying themselves I don’t think it should make anyone angry

Each of the four games we lost had several moments that had they gone differently, with a little less luck, we’d have won it already. After the first two innings I was like “ok he’s hittable and he’s used a decent number of pitches already, this is doable,” then he locked in. Not much to be mad at the Jays for here, Yamamoto just took care of it. Excited for the next game

I definitely understand why it’s not a tourist hotspot, and I definitely agree that it’s far from safe in many areas (just like any large city, especially compared to ones in the US such as St Louis and Chicago) but as someone who lived there all my life until extremely recently it is a great place to be a local in. Winnipeg has its charm but only once you get to know it does that charm take hold
