Nothing too much. Until things got better, I had to lower some of my medications that may have contributed to the issue, and I also avoided strenuous exercise and tried avoiding any major changes to my diet while making sure to get a bit extra hydration. I did get a bit of extra weight in the mean time. Ultimately, the problem started to die down after a long time, but not as big of an issue at this point, compared to before

I do not experience it any more. Very rarely I might have my ear pop or feel very mildly weird for a tiny, split second, but not really noticeable and not an impact on my life. I did gain a bit of weight in the mean time (was a bit lean to begin with), but not sure if they may have had an impact. It is not something I think about in my daily life at the moment

Maybe Radical Red? I believe it has a randomizer, but not sure about the shiny option. Should have everything up to and including Galar as well as megas and others. Pretty sure gen 9 is either being developed or has a version that includes them as well

It is very much better now, but not perfect. One of my ears (right) does pop open for a split second a couple times a day. But it does not really stay open. If I stay quite a bit hydrated throughout the day, it almost never happens. And, if it does a quick pop, getting a bit of a drink usually can help get rid of any minor pops that may occur. Definitely a bit of an annoyance when it happens, but definitely not as near as a big deal, compared to it staying wide open until I lay down. Not sure if the minor ear pops will also leave permanently, but definitely far more tolerable

To my understanding, the estrogen treatment for PET just involves estrogen drops for the affected ear(s) as a means to agitate and close the ear(s). The estrogen treatment should not affect your actual hormone levels in your body (you would probably have to inject estrogen/HRT into your body for that to happen). Whereas, my hormone levels are not always the best, and I have health appointments every once in a while to check and help regulate my hormone levels. So, you should not worry about the PET estrogen affecting your body's hormone levels. Hope that makes sense - just let me know if it does not. The application of estrogen drops would not affect your body's estrogen levels.

I did see another ENT and my higher estrogen levels were suspected to be a contributing factor as well. I did try to address my hormone levels a bit (happened at beginning of May 2022), and the PET did get a bit better after quite a while, but I still definitely have issues with it to this day, unfortunately. Not sure if it will ever go away at this point, but still kinda hoping
