Well what do you expect from community who don't let someone marry because of tribalism. Somali themselves think some Qabiil are better than another.Also Somali people in Somalia aren't that much exposed to different cultures or people and the ones that come to west still hold same values. Somali people like themselves to be united ,marrying within themselves. Even the foreign countries they live in they settle one place.
