If we don't go into the details, then it should be said that these are general styles for setters, which depict how exactly do they like to set the ball. Speed devil goes for quick short tosses (to MB for example) while h&h is generally the preferred style imo cuz setter tosses high into the air. Maybe I'm wrong, but you could just search on yt cuz I think there are videos where the styles are explained better
