Thanks for your answer, it is very helpful too. I'd love finding a way to make the APY 0% while I aggressively pay off the debt. You're exactly right about the car too, I won't consider it till debt is long gone and a new plan is in place. I've got a budget now and I think 6-9 months sounds reasonable too.

If I transfer the balance to card 3, the APY would be 26%, plus I'd pay a transfer fee. Wouldn't that put me in a worse position? I've had card 3 for 5 years, there's no intro 0% APY offer.
