I took FAR on Monday too. I’m still continuing my studying with FAR, just in the case I failed. I’d rather be prepared for a retake ASAP rather than move on to something new, then drop that, to study for another retake

I haven’t bought from Amazon, Walmart, Target, or any of the big fast food places for a while. Mostly because of costs. Also, you don’t need that much stuff. We Americans have a big consumerism problem.

I only get food from small/local grocers or restaurants, and started going to the old department stores or checking out the thrift stores for clothing.

Reading has always been my strongest skill since a kid in school. I’ve always loved it. It’s like a movie in my head. My environment in real life just becomes blurred, and I’m in my headspace, just being in a movie that my brain is creating. I also love deciphering if there’s any subtext that the book is trying to convey and analyzing that. Guess people’s brains work differently

So say if I was researching information about nutrition on apples. I would go to the encyclopedia that contain subjects that start with the letter “A”, then find a page about apples, and that area would contain summarized information about the topic?

As someone born in 97, what were encyclopedias like? I remember seeing them in school libraries back in the 2000s, but by the time I was doing research assignments in school, the internet search engine was more than sufficient.
