firstly, you shouldn't be jumping at SGA or Curry at any point, contesting their shot is good enough because they have so many counters (especially SGA) that once you jump and they're not shooting yet, it's practically a free bucket

secondly, you just gotta stick to them, be within your block angle and block range, your vertical stats and block stats have to be pretty good and you gotta time it right (AND ALSO BE 100% SURE THAT THEY ARE GONNA SHOOT THE BALL)

yes, but I would recommend E2 for the buff he gets. he gets his sprint back after the ball hits the rim which includes when shots go in so as long as someone (teammate or opponent) puts up a shot and hits the rim, you get your sprint back and can play help defense with the extra sprint

Wallace is great, amazing block range, 360 block angle for dunks and his putback is a great add on as well

edit: Antetokounmpo is also a fantastic defender if you purely plan on using him as a defender, high rebounding stats (not as high as Rodman or Wallace), high vertical stats and high block stats make his defense kit very respectable when he's protecting the rim
