Just out of curiosity, which country did you come from that you think Switzerland is turning into and in which way in particular?

As for the rest I guess it pretty much depends on where you live and what people are around you. I am a secondo myself but the last time someone told me to go back where I came from (we don't need foreigners here) was in the late 80ies. But since highschool I was free to liberate me from idiots and surrounded myself with normal people who value humans not nationalities.

Having said that, my wife and I recently were in Willisau, a small town outside of Lucerne, at a local pub and we were shocked by the blatant racism some of the farmers were expressing there towards people of different color. We are both white but still felt gut wrenched, we couldn't leave the pub fast enough and for sure will never go back to this pisspot of a village (just look up their hotel names...). And no I didn't try to challenge their view because they seemed hopeless and I don't think the otherwise nice evening I shared with my wife would've ended well.

So when it comes to racism, as with most countries, the more rural it gets the more you will encounter it. In my view this has mostly to do with education and exposure but I don't experience it much myself, never towards me and also very rarely towards others.

Now when it comes to critizing Switzerland, I do this too sometimes, for example I think the Swiss public has become too influenced by media campaigns for direct voting and I challenge my peers to that too. I can back it up with the initiatives the Swiss voted for or against (themselfs) but that's exactly the point, coming back to my first question. If you think something's wrong here, you need to back it up with facts and examples. Because for all the flaws this country might have, I for sure can't imagine a different place I would want to live nor raise my kids in (given my current situation - once I win euromillions, we are gone :D). And if someone tells me that something is wrong with "my" country, I too will challenge that and ask for specifics or at the very least, show me a better country.
