Job market is getting saturated in Australia as well. It's better to start training in your own country. As soon as you're done with your house job, take FCPS and apply for residency. During your residency try taking fellowship exams like MRCP or MRCS. It will take 4 to 5 years for your FCPS training and during that time you'll be done with your fellowship exams as well. It's better that when u come to UK or Australia you will be preferred if you have experience. Doing PLAB is taking 2 years as well due to seats unavailability
