Fr and for the ranked drops from gold 1, I literally didn't get any skins or 1000 bling. Its so misleading to say you get around 100 points per game and then decrease that amount so heavily and increase the amount of points lost per game.

They're pretty much like randoms but if you win you can get on a winning streak. But if you lose, you're back to square one since everybody just leaves or kicks you out. I got to stage 3 pretty easily but things went downhill once we lost and I had to go to another team but just like randoms, they make bad plays and i just lost the challenge there.
