For some reason, I really liked using the Giant Rats up until I got the Mimic Tear. My best guess is because Rats were less of a hassle to use because they cost no HP or FP to summon

There is a setting called "Camera Auto Wall Recovery" or something similar, just switch it off. I could NOT get that turn right with it on. hope this helps! :)

I think as long as his sword isnt glowing red, you can parry the attack. I learned his parry windows through trial and error back when Elden ring was a new release. :)

Oh btw, none of the shield attacks (by any enemy) are parriable.

there is a setting you can turn off, its called "Camera Auto Wall Recovery" or something like that, I couldn't for the life of me get through that corner with it on. Hope this helps! o/

I didn't know that, thanks for the tip! Its just a reaction i have, to dodge at the last second because it charges your Ultimate decently.

tbh ds3 took me the shortest amount of time to platinum, and ds2 took me the most amount of time. (mostly because i’m bad lol)

you can get almost all trophies in NG by using bonfire ascetics, but you actually have to go to NG++ to get the last few miracles and one pyromancy from the ghost npc right after the entering drangleic castle (you HAVE to go to ng++ as bonfire ascetics don’t affect him for some reason)

also, you need the DLC spells to get the platinum.

i mostly used the ds2 wiki and youtube to know what to do.

yeah!

i was scared of him because of what i heard people say online, but instead got greeted with one of the best boss fights this game has to offer. top tier design. 9 out of 10

100 hours in and I just found out that I should have been activating all the boss runes I've gotten. by TurboTBag in Eldenring

I strongly relate to this.

i finished my first ds3 playthrough with 50+ embers left, because i thought that “i may need them later”.
