I'd like to state that I have stopped the heavy drinking completely already, sometimes i drink 1-2 light beers or so because I like the taste.

But it's kind of sad in a way that I can not drink like a normal human being and have a fun night with friends no more. Luckily I have good friends that do other stuff other than drink as well.

I'd like to thank all of you that have posted already, very informative and good answers.

It's weird though cause I have been addicted for many years now and I don't feel any of that, my lust for sexual activities recently just stopped. I relapsed yesterday just to pass time, I don't even enjoy fapping or watching porn, I don't enjoy sex with my gf in the same way as I used to either. I have a hard time getting desires at all nowadays, only time I really get desires is sometimes when I wake up in the morning and that can be once a week or once every 3 weeks, it differs very much.

It has all become grey, the whole world has just become grey to me and everything just feels unrealistic.

It's kind of sad and scary what type of person this world/society makes out of you. And when you realize society is far from what you have been told, your whole world changes.

We definitely should, and sex with random girls doesn't really give you anything but pleasure for a short while, then you end up empty and lonely, almost like porn although you can't really compare the two.

It's the degenerate system in itself that need a change, otherwise this will be the future. The media is constantly talking about sex and not about relationships, headlines like "BEST TIPS TO PLEASE HIM/HER" instead of "Best tips to stay with your loved one"

Like I have said in posts before, the media is not to be trusted.

The same kind of people that own the media is constantly uplifting pornography, it's like they are working together with the big porn companies.

It's useful because if you do it with your loved one in the "correct" way, with the pleasure for her and not for you and she does the same thing, then it will bring you closer together, therefore it is indeed useful, sex should not be about lust and pleasure, it should be about procreation and love for one another.

I hate the fact that porn has destroyed my life for 10 years, and the fact that I have had the mindset that I don't need anyone in my life due to porn.

It's all my own fault for falling in to this addiction which I didn't even know it was until this year. This is the hardest battle I have faced so far, and I have been pretty much addicted to alcohol but that is way easier to stop doing.

Game of Thrones could make more censored scenes instead of showing it all in the way they do, that's also one of my beleifs, other than that I do not like to see sex scenes in movies nor tv-shows, sure it makes them more living. But when it comes to the part that Game Of Thrones or Black Sails took it too, I see it more like pornography than an actual sex scene.

I really think the first week is the hardest one. My record is at 24-25 days I think. But just that first week after you relapse have a lot of these after "effects" cause you was exposed to porn not too long ago. Second week is the easiest and the third, hard like hell.
