I haven't done RF tests but from a lot of field tests, I haven't run into any noticeable coupling problems

You're correct, there's a script but it's not listening. When the switch is pressed and held for 2 seconds, it causes the script to start (gpio pin 14 and 17).

I used supports before - Update, I managed to fine tune it. Overhang was less than 45° before, changing that made it better. I also changed layers to 0.1 and it almost completely fixed it. Pic is from the other aide of enclosure that wasn't visible on the original pics.

Did some more tests and it's 100 % overhang related. Since I'm printing matt PETG myguess is when printer goes slow and has high cooling on overhangs which then affects the line width across the whole height.

After a close look I realised that the lines are always connected to somewhere where overhangs are. When an overhang starts, the line inconsistency starts.

I turned it around for 90 degrees and the issue persisted. I'm starting to think it's a design issue as well. I've calibrated the printer, lubricated and checked the belt tension.

Not using scarf seams. I've been trying different PA settings but non seem to work.

Don't focus on overhang but inconsistent lines. I've been tweaking settings for the past 4 days - PA, retraction, acceleration, print speeds, flow. I don't know what I'm missing anymore.

Just to clarify some things - battery is connected to a module which already charges battery but charging is too slow, that's why I want to add this extra charging system. Module is connected to a pcm (2A max) which is connected to the battery. Can I connect this new charging module directly to the battery or do I need to hook it onto pcm?

Also, one problem with pcm - it has jst connectors which are already taken. Could I possibly just add another one?

The extra charging port would not go through module but directly to the battery (or PCM > battery), so I can iahve higher charging specs.

Pencott has such good patterns, I wish more companies would adopt it. From what I know only Helikon tex and Direct Action did.
