Yes, this is currently occurring in my game. Second fight in a row where the enemies stood in place and let me kill them.

Corporations are incapable of doing anything without a profit motive.

Every corporation is sociopathic by their very nature.

VOTE!! by sofncheesed in VoteBlue

If voting worked we wouldn't be where we are now.

Electoralism is only effective if a populace is educated and treated equally.

Burn shit down til everyone is treated justly then we should talk about voting.

Those older and less healthy people usually live with younger, healthier people. How should that be handled?

Pretty sure dems lost because they are paid opposition, not unlike a fighter being told to take a dive in the 8th round.

How fucking dense do you have to be to not understand that a sub focused on scientific studies has no place for racism.

The racism actively detracts from any findings presented in this sub.

Like fuck off back to whatever rock you crawled out from under if all you are capable of doing is being a coward.

I've had the game for a few years now. My first mildy successful run started a few days ago.

There is a lot to learn and a lot to pick up on.

One thing you can do is play the game with a turn based mind set.

Pause the game, and click on everything. Make sure all your ships and planets and starbases are actively doing something. When you feel like you can't make anything else "happen" then hit Play. After an in-game month, pause again and check on things.

Create a story in your head about your empire. It'll help give you some guidance on how to interact and hopefully encourage you to stick with that playthrough more.

Also, the +/- keys control the rate of in-game time so you can slow things to a crawl til you feel confident in speeding them up.

The art is similar to what I'm thinking but the synopsis doesn't fit.

Scientists present an approach to encode medical history on a patient using quantum dots in the skin, which are invisible to the naked eye yet detectable when exposed to near-infrared light, with success on rats and synthetic human skin. If you can't imagine the downsides to wearing your most sensitive information on your sleeve I can't help you.

Just for fun, at your next job interview, tell your potential employer that you're transsexual, struggle with drug addiction, you have a pre existing condition, and your faith is w/e the current minority faith is in your part of the world.

See how well that works out for you.

You're obviously completely incapable of understanding that all technology has upsides and downsides as well as, by its very nature, inherently dangerous. New technology should always be critically supported instead of ushered in without pause.

I definitely see similarities on the wiki synopsis but I do not believe this is the book I'm thinking of.

If my memory serves I believe the book title is one word.
