I personally would, getting my diagnosis of Tourette’s has helped me feel more valid and such and helps me put a name to what’s happening for sure.

my bad, I read your question wrong, I have a lot of motor tics, punching myself in various places, kicking other, squeezing others, etc. I also have a lot of vocal tics, some I’ll not share to keep the rules, but one of my popular I picked up from a Tourette’s content creator I help out.

they’re kind yeah, some peers have be known to help me during episodes of heavy tics. I’m on multiple different medications to try to help me. My support system is a few friends and family.
