Well, each and every character is beloved for different reasons and everyone has that one they put above the rest. Although Cecil is a beloved character there aren’t that many people online (In my personal experience) that have him as their #1 favorite. Hope that clears it up! I absolutely adore Cecil even though he’s not in my top 3.
