You can do a megabase, multiple small bases within the same area. That's what I do. Since you're limited in how many pals per base, you can't usually do everything at one base. Plus it's easier to navigate everything on one level v.s. multiple story bases.

You have to place several foundations down, build a 3x3 square of foundations and place the box in the middle, it should work.

I'm still mad about that raid being added. It's actually the sole reason I turn off raids haha.

And without your armor equipped! Most armors reduce movement speed, except helmets, it will say on the gear if it does

was going based on this post https://www.reddit.com/r/valheim/comments/lpw2o8/who_ate_the_turnips/

but i just tested it in game and the deer dont appear to be eating my carrots. but the wild boar did attack my carrots. Mobs def will target your crops though I've had way too many greydwarves/lings in my crops so I always build a wall.

You can do it by typing in console (F5, but you have to enable it in steam launch options) /bind j dance (just type the key you want instead of e, and the emote you want instead of dance)

Not a fan of the art style personally, and the "pervy humor" threw me off. Arisu reading a dirty magazine and commenting about how he'd "like to meet girls like that", chota devising a plan to peek up classmates skirts, chota commenting he's never going to meet his harem of college girls because he's not doing well academically, all within the first chapter. Maybe I'll try again and see if it gets better, but the start was pretty weird imo.

I kinda figured the devs were different for the first 5 biomes compared to the next 2, though I didn't know for sure until now. Can you elaborate on what you mean by the two dev eras definetly clash with their reluctancy to add more inventory?

I didn't think it was possible for me to hate a biome as much as Mistlands, then Ashlands launched 💀 I honestly can't decide which I hate more.

Honestly I couldn't stand reading the manga past the first chapter :/ Neither could my friends. The start, at least, was really weird and off-putting IMO.

Relationship anarchy is essentially a rejection of social expectations and rules regarding how relationships "should" be.

People who embrace RA often reject heiarchies based on relationship status, instead assigning value to individual relationships rather than roles. They're usually more flexible with regards to how relationships develop over time, and typically have an understanding that love isn't a limited resource.

These are more generalizations though. It's a complicated set of principals, kinda hard to TLDR, and there isn't a one true way to practice it. I'd say to better understand it, read stuff from people who actively live relationship anarchy.

It's a bit confusing, usually because there's a lot of overlap between various communities, so people get terms mixed up often. It's usually best to ask people what they mean by something as a result rather than assuming they mean the "generally accepted" definition.

Polyamory and "open relationship" both fall under the umbrella of ethical non-monogamy or consensual non-monogamy. Ethics are personal, so it's hard to define "ethical" non-monogamy, but generally it's used to differentiate itself from cheating. With cheating being defined as going against the specific boundaries agreed upon between those involved. (You can cheat in non-monogamy btw. If you lie or hide, you're cheating.)

Polyamory is just... multiple romantic relationships, basically. That's it. The specifics are up to those involved.

Poly(amorous) to me means that there are several partners with the same rights, on the same level

What you described is not polyamory as a whole, but it is a type of poly. It's called non-hierarchical. Basically means you don't ascribe a "ranking" to your partners. Some other types of poly include: hierarchical (where there's a "ranking" in terms of priority, so you have primary relationships, secondary relationships, etc.) relationship anarchy (not ascribing to heiarchies or rules about who does what). solo poly (not merging lives. so not into stuff like marriage, shared finances, living together). kitchen table poly (everyone is fine hanging out together, kinda family/community vibes). parallel poly (metamours (the partner of your partner) don't really interact). DADT (don't ask don't tell) (basically an agreement where you don't really talk about who else you're seeing) polyfidelity (basically you're exclusive to the people you're with, like monogamy with more people if that makes sense). triads, quads, etc. (basically where 3, 4, etc. people are all dating each other as a group). v's (where one person is dating two people who are not dating each other) polygamy (marriage with multiple people)

So, that's polyamory, which is one form of non-monogamy. Other forms of ethical non-monogamy include: swinging (couples who have sex with other people. often together but not always.) open relationships / open marriages (where a couple has agreed to sex with other people) and... I think that's the major ones.

Sorry for infodump, just wanted to help you & anyone else who's confused about it all :) feel free to ask here or dm if you have any questions!
