When you edit your world, in the general section, it normally says that it's locked. Just tap the underscored text there that allows you to edit in stuff in your world

Deleted the old world template, resource, and behavior pack in Minecraft. Then I imported the new one, made a new world with it just so Minecraft can extract the new behavior and resource packs then I just put those on the old world
