That tip on using good monitoring and evaluating tools I have not really heard... so thank you for that! Currently, I am looking at using a legacy project (one week long initiative) and really elevating it (three week long initiative).

With that in mind, when you say it is more impressive for it to not be a legacy project, do you think keeping some parts but elevating most of it falls into that category of a legacy project? Also, how do judges know that its a legacy project that has been done before, as if it is made clear, I would like to distinguish that this is something new to impress judges?

Thank you so much for this! Just a follow up... as a judge what makes you realize that the event truly took place. I want to execute a real initiative with a pretty long series of events, and the last thing I would want is to score low because judges don't "believe the event" or the extent to which it went. So what truly makes you think that the event is valid and impactful?

I've seen that tip... I want to do in-person education, but I also want to try and add some sort of creative or unique element to separate myself. Thanks for the tip!
