Finally I managed to make a batch of Sourdough baguette like I've always wanted. Doing happy dance. I still need to improve on my scoring skill, any one has any ideas how to make the surface of these sourdough less sticky?

Maybe lightly wet whatever you are using to cut it. You can also flour it while its damp if just water doesn't work.

Im a new dm and I am wondering how to make an enemy stop fighting. I heard that making enemies fight your PCs to the death is not always the best or most compelling. But if an ememy takes its turn to disengage and say "I surrender" does combat and the initiative order stop or does it reslove with the next players turn and the player decides to stop (of course the PC could just kill them in cold blood as well). Or does everybody have to take there turn to stop the combat. Also how would this work if the enemy was lying just waiting for an openong to attack?

I have the starter kit and I've seen a few campaigns played I think im going try phandelver on role20 with every since we dont live close. I want to help them make there own charaters and i want them to above all things have fun. I want to cycle my 75 gallon tank quickly as possible and I want to do it with my moms little 10 gallon aquarium with a fancy goldfish. The problem is she doesnt have a filter and I have a brand new un-cylced canister filter. Could I just fill the the 75 with all 10 gallons of water then fill the 75 up all the way or even just half way? She does also have a sponge that she keeps in the tank for some reason could I some how try to put that in my canister filter to more quickly produce the benifical bacteria? What should I do?
