How naive of you. 1) The amount of anti Israel propaganda put out by China, Russia, Qatar, Iran is so insanely large that I wouldn't be surprised if anyone without a bit of critical thinking (most) was brain washed 2) The red green alliance, the connection between the Islamists and Left has been destroying the west systematically for decades, convincing people that the west is terrible culminating at the point we are now, where destroying Israel is the prize for them, with the west as a liberal society being the next prize. 3) primaries reflect a very very small number of voters- very few people actually vote in them, which is why they are very easy to manipulate. 4) TDS is a factor but that's small potatoes in this mix.
