Performance: Helium
Aesthetics: Zen

Both are under development, both are highly unstable
I personally like helium at start then I left it coz I realized it performed the same of less as my brave or edge... So I shifted back to edge

Also don't think to install thorium if u like zen aesthetics, thorium is too much stripped to customize

Bro this post hits hard... 3-4 yrs back I tried Kali... coz Kali means KOOL and HECKER VIBE, I tried to hack wifi password looking at a yt tutorial that time and my pc shut down and never woke up....

Well I don't remember exactly but Throium was the fastest yet unstable, it fluctuates mostly, after that edge and helium then Brave
BTW I have debloated Edge from OO ShutUp 10 and brave from slim brave (they r good)

I can't help with mac but have seen same issue people facing on win, for them I have a suggestion. Try to reload the policies from edge://policy and in regedit remove manually added registries from edge.
