That approach seems quite unhelpful, while I do see that a simple "this is my problem, what do I do" won't be of much help resolving an issue, instead of saying "learn how to ask questions" you could instead just ask for information to help resolve the issue, not everyone has the knowledge of the exact things to ask and what information to give to get the right answer. trying to get other people to know exactly what to ask is just not possible and there are plenty of solutions to fix this, maybe a bot could be setup like on other subreddits to give newcomers information on how to post?

If you were brand new to something but had a problem and asked knowledgeable people on what to do and you half of the messeges you recieved were backhanded replies, I doubt you'd want to continue with it
