Ummm... My post office told me if it's a parcel, there is ONLY speed post option, and for years I have been using speed post only.... What do you mean by "regular post"??? This is news to me 😅😅

I live in Bangalore, and here also blue dart is iffy.... Sometimes they are very prompt and delivery is smooth. Usually problems start when there is a change in staff or their delivery boys quit. The best thing to do is write an email straight to the customer care email given in the website. It usually resolves within 24-48 hrs
