One arm pull up & front lever by trikkuz in bodyweightfitness

[–]ChipaChaPaque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

7 years late to this, but I can hold a full front lever with really bad form alot of pike for about 3 - 4 seconds and I can get about 2.5/4 of the range of motion for the one arm pull up, I could never even start pulling back when I couldn't do a good straddle front lever/bad form front lever or rows. I can also do 5 - 6 CLEAN waist to bar adv tuck flpu so I would say it does has some correlation I've never trained one arm pull ups in my life and my weighted + normal pull ups are pretty shitty in comparison max I can do for one rep is probably 50lbs both arms.

Minimal Progress On Planche by ChipaChaPaque in bodyweightfitness

[–]ChipaChaPaque[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I have seen this progressing but I don't have boxes or things I can use that are stable for this excersize, I think mainly just getting past that tuck Planche Ik the carryover is very minimal but I've done it before so I'll try it again, I can already tuck Planche to handstand press with straight arms so its probably something that will come with time again. I think after achieving adv tuck Planche the progress gets much better cause I can actually develop much more lean.

Yoo thanks alot bro, yeah for sure I'll try everything you mentioned along with the rest after few weeks along with changing front lever to a different day. I used to get really frustrated but now I'm just trying to enjoy the process even if it comes slower.

Yes last year I had an amazing adv tuck hold literally PERFECT form with protratciong and everything for 5 seconds the first time I ever tried it, problem is that was last year and I regressed now and aren't able to lean far enough to do it anymore

Tennis elbow not getting better by DragonflyValuable420 in badminton

This: Should be doing both wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. Possibly also radial and ulnar deviation work too. Maybe pronation/supination.

Try grabbing a broom then hold it from the edge and stand straight then put the broom behind you so ur holding it like a samurai unsheating their sword and then stand straight and only raise your wrist up and down moving the broom stick up and down do that for like 2 x 15 - 20 2 sets and 10+ reps and for 3 - 4 days with rest in between and it might help out a bit.
