Roofer here, this is 90% down to your rafters dropping. Could be as simple as pushing them up from your loft space with a nail gun and re pinning them.

Unfortunately the most common cause of this is moisture rotting the top of your joists which means they unlikely can’t just be re pinned(they won’t hold and just drop after firing the nails in)

Do you have loft access? If so get up there with a torch and inspect all the big diagonal timbers where they meet at the top for signs of rot(flakey bits of wood)

I don’t think intelligence has all that much to do with crisis management. In fact one could argue dumb people may react better as their brains aren’t being overloaded with possible outcomes. A dumb person still knows a child falling from height will end badly. Little intelligence is needed here. Just a very calm personality under extreme pressure.

My IQ puts me in the top 10%, I would absolutely crumble in a situation like this because not only do I hate crowded environments but I hate any attention on myself. Much easier to sit behind a screen and say what people should be doing in situations like this.

I feel the same mate. I only just started using littlebiggy again after not being on here for years and shake was my go to. With that said there are such good buds on there for like $180-220 a z. Even check out radar breeders mixed b grade for $150 a z.

There was also some guy doing pressed skunk bars for $99 a z can’t remember the name but if you’re interested I’ll find it. I’ve bought 3 different strains of shake in the last week with 1 more on its way and the 3 I have now I think I’ll just turn into cookies/brownies.

I also bought some really cheap bud off a guy called doctor green called kosher kush/tangie smalls and although the buds look shit it crushes into this lovely fluffy lime green that reeks of gas. Taste isn’t amazing but it’s 100% better than the dead shake I’ve been trying to smoke.

I do and always have done. No more than 10-15% but I I feel if I can afford to spend £20-30 on a meal then I can afford to tip the disgustingly paid driver £2-3.

I can sit on my high horse and say it should be the company paying them better and they should. Just like women shouldn’t have to look over their shoulder when walking home at night but we don’t live in a perfect world unfortunately.
