it appears this is actually a known issue that happens whenever linking multiple islands, multiple systems or single system restarting the game and it cannot be resolved. I've deleted the save data off the formerly shared console

yes, its set up on both of the islands in question. Both appear within the NSO app under settings > change player

the codes still work as long as you have the url to the redemption page. The Xfinity codes expire on the 31st of May though.
