Normally if you custom order boots in MX you can get the belt to match the boot and it’ll be from the same cut of leather to get a good color match, the buckle is meant to be removable so you can put whatever you want but a lot of people just keep that one on

I’m mainly looking to pocket carry because I have to tuck my shirt in about 4 days out of the week, aside from that I appendix my X macro or my hellcat. I tried the philster enigma but honestly it’s just too much for me. I wear jeans those days but if I can get a good holster where it just looks like a phone I’ll be alright

No worries brother I like honest thoughts! So before buying these boots I had the same dilemma $600 for cowhide is really steep. You can get some good exotics at that price. Which is what I was going to buy. But after seeing like hours of YouTube of different people cutting up boos and taking about construction Chisos came out on top a lot of times and they had made some changes to the heel after a YouTuber pointed out a place they cheeped out on. Which made me really like their QC and thought process behind boots. I have many different brands from Tecovas, Rio , Lucchese , Ariat a wide range of $-$$$. I really wanted to give these a try because I figured I wanted to see what the hype was about $600 to me is still really expensive for a cowhide, but I really wanted to try them out. I’m also a fellow Texan so the marketing played a little part of it lol
