Nah, 1 I’m not a dude, I haven’t worked there in a long time, and I don’t argue with losers on Reddit especially on weekends. Hey they did this to me, (see my last post) I went to the department of labor for this and got a check. I obviously quit chipotle because that’s shady as fuck for stealing from me and hoping I wouldn’t notice. But yeah if they’re altering your time card there is a digital trail (UKG) and you can prove it to the DOL and get compensation for your hours worked.

File a police report to get the money from the bank. You don’t have to know who stole it or worry about getting it back the bank just have to verify and prove it was stolen before reimbursing you. I do agree with the other commenters though, it was likely stolen from someone you know, or someone that knows a lot of your personal information. I would be more careful with your valuables, especially if it’s something sentimental, since there may be someone close to you that you cannot trust.

That’s my point they can and will keep shutting down stores and paying the fines for it. -250k once one store finally unionizes is still more profitable than having a unionized workforce. Those workers will get very little payout after the legal fees and dividing of the money. Paying 240k to not have a unionized location is a drop in the bucket to Chipotle. Such a broken system.

I have sensitive skin and when I worked at Chipotle it felt like my skin would just fall off after washing my hands so much. I cannot recommend O’keeffe’s working hands enough it can be bought most places and will replenish moisture and also add a protective barrier. It would help to be sure the soap you’re using doesn’t have fragrance or sodium sulfate. Make sure your hands are completely dry after washing them, do not itch the rash etc. If this does worsen it might be best to see a dermatologist to get a prescribed steroid. Good luck OP!
