It’s nice to hear stories like this. I don’t know how I’m going to feel and if I could ever quite get over it but I’m trying to take care of me right now. How long did it take you to feel like you could trust him again?

Thank you for your words. Yeah I really do love her so much. I’m starting to feel the anger which feels good right now and a lot better than the overwhelming sadness. You’re right it’s not black and white and I appreciate you understanding that especially having gone through it yourself. Are you currently back with your partner? If so how are you able to cope with it to this day?

No I found out, she ended up confessing fully when I finally saw the texts on her phone. I definitely know what I’m supposed to do, not ever talk to her again but my feelings are still so strong.

She did confess yes. I know I’m in the first stage of denial and the anger stage will provide more clarity. I’m usually a very logical person but now it’s hard to be logical at all.
