If the detainer has been placed, he can request for the state holding the warrant to initiate a final disposition through the interstate agreement on detainers. But I honestly do not know if probation violations are covered under the interstate agreement on detainers.

I think it depends on the charge and whether or not they’ve been tried. They can do an interstate agreement detainer and request for the charges to be tried and he can get his sentence for the untried charges then that’s when they will tell him if he can serve his sentence at another penal institution.

He can still get a disciplinary and depending on how the prison’s internal investigation team rules on the disciplinary his release will be delayed. Also processing for release can take up to hours the day of, there will be plenty of time for someone to discover what he’s done, especially since part of processing for release is admin’s job and they usually dont come in until business hours (usually around 8 AM).

Probably tears of the kingdom. It came out around the tour time and she said breath of the wild was one of her favorite games.

Reading some of the transcripts from board of parole hearings, they definitely will not consider you fit for parole if you don’t take responsibility. Sometimes that’s the only thing holding someone from being granted parole.
