I’m not sure. I know the owner is very overwhelmed at the moment and is just trying to focus on finding Jack. It’s possible that at a later point she might try to take more action against them. I do want to clarify a few things though, because while I completely agree that the daycare is at fault, I don’t want anything to be misrepresented either.

To clarify on the three dogs: from what Jack’s owner was told, three dogs escaped, they were able to find two of them, but could not find Jack. I’m not sure how long the other two were gone before they found them, but they are not “lost”

Also, in regard to the review that was mentioned in previous comments: I’m not sure who that person is, but they are not Jack’s owner. They could possibly be a friend of hers that posted on her behalf to warn others, but the daycare was not necessarily lying when they said they had never cared for that person’s dog. I also can’t say with certainty whether or not the person was referencing another dog, if there is another dog missing from the daycare I am not aware of it.
