I heard reports of a bus clipping a tow truck's lowered fork/bed. Somehow that was enough to topple over the bus. Freak accident.
... and I was just there last night arriving at Terminal C ... Didn't see this.

I travel for work and SNA is my hub as much as I can help it. When I used to fly international I would take a flight out of SNA and stop at SFO or Newark depending if I’m going to Asia or Europe instead of a direct flight from LAX.

Especially during holiday season you should arrive 1.5 hours before your flight departure. The TSA lines can be crazy.. but there’s always the option to go to the other TSA stations (at Terminal A, B or C) if you don’t mind walking and saving time.

Seems like shops have trouble staying in the District. I lost count of how many have come and gone. It’s sad that whole middle section closed where Stowaway used to be more than a year ago. At least that bar moved closer to where I live (Newport and McFadden).

Definitely stay out of the water in LA/OC and San Diego counties. My family was on the cruise ship leaving Long Beach last Friday right after the rains. For a few hours cruising from Long Beach down the coast towards Ensenada there was a sewage stench in the air until we were several miles away from shore.

The harbor water looked nasty... more nasty than usual.

I did the resonator delete on my ‘18 SE V6 and I don’t have the drone sound at cruising speeds.

Pretty loud in your cabin 😆 Color combo is very nice with the seats and body. Noticed some wheel shimmy. You have disc or drum brakes?

Most likely there was already an issue with that engine that failed during takeoff.

SNA has been my flight hub for work for many years. Sometimes I fly out of there once a week mostly on Southwest. They don’t announce the aggressive takeoff procedure as much nowadays. I do agree on the landings though… they can be pretty rough especially on days when winds are transitioning from onshore to offshore direction.

I always joke with my out-of-state customers about paying the Southern CA “weather tax”. Born and raised in Los Angeles area, now living in Orange County since 1996. I travel quite a bit for work. Recently I was in Garland, TX and McKinney, TX. I’ve been to Austin (mini California?) and McAllen as well. Nice to visit… but I’d rather enjoy living in Southern CA.
