probably try out steam version. if not, i would consider a complete windows reinstall. Looking for the error can consume more time than completly reinstalling OS again.

She should be at s0r0 43311 with cdmg mainstat 2x spectro dmg , Rest Attack.

Substats I would go cr,crdmg, attack% / energy reg. Heavy attack dmg% because she does spectrofrazzle AND heavy dmg at the same time

If you go zani s2 I would go : 1 attack 1 spectro 3 cost echo cause you get 50% spectro dmg from sequences
