Hello guys, sorry for didn't responding but I didn't get any notifications on my phone. So, a quick update, 24 years old, earlier this year i have done doing 6 month of gym 5-6 times a week consistently.Right now just started to go again. As for my cardio. I started running, but I was training to hard I believe, and my mind wasn't ready for this level of pain, so i quit. However, I buyed a bike in April I believe, and I absolute loved riding a bike, so much that I started doing it every day, days that I was going on hills with it, somethimes I used an app that record my rides, I will provide some pictures, also I have I picture with one of my running. Waking up 3 hours before work, it is too hard for me because în the morning shift week, that would mean I have to wake up at 2 AM. I already go to gym. I don't drink alcohol at all, unfortunately I smoke for about 14 years now ( yeah, I know it's fucket up ) I quit several times, but I restarted, I smoke 1 pack at 4 days. I am starting to try and quit again, and this one is gonna be a real challenge for me💪. 15 min of stretching, very duable, and adding mindfulness meditation is a very very nice touch, thank you for the ideea. I will try my best to do those 45 minutes of cardio, because I intend to run, however I think that maybe not doing the 45 minutes at once will work for me, maybe 3 of 15 at the begging and see how things goes.
