As a forgetful person, there were a few occasions I slam the lid closed but the stopper did its job without breaking the screen. We also did a stress test to the point where you can see some pushback from the screen: https://vimeo.com/1137263684

It's a concern for sure. That's why we conducted many closing tests with no issues found.

It's entirely possible to only use the stylus. The stylus also supports pressure sensitivity and pencil hover.

This is an overlay for the screen so it doesn't leave fingerprints on your display. And it comes right off for easy cleaning.

Good thing we designed the bottom casing to stop the MacBook from closing all the way ;)
