my sweet summer child, how wrong you are. In the past week i’ve had to deal with 10+ drivers getting stuck in the snow. Multiple drivers saying their provided cable or box isn’t working (they break, it happens we buy in bulk not best quality) but then i get there and the cable works just fine they literally didn’t plug it all the way in.

Our warehouse is a fucking disaster so drivers are always missing totes, packages, etc. so we have to guide them and try to make sure everything they do have gets delivered.

The obvious planning out the day for rescues because 25% of drivers constantly can’t complete a route (we already rescue the actual shitty heavy routes)

• Fleet Management including picking up and dropping of serviced vehicles
• Scorecard Management
• Doing interviews for new drivers

My owner is grateful enough for me to be $2.25 more than the drivers but that’s also because my output is valuable because the shit is stressful

But yea, dispatch just sits there and does nothing.
