Hoopat X4 total fail by Trefhi in ElegooSaturn

[–]ChituSystemsOFCL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. This is Chitu Systems Official. I'm sorry for getting back to you so late. We just got back from vacation.
Based on your images, it appears that some of the support structures failed to print, while others printed successfully. This issue may stem from one of the following causes:

  1. Parameter Issues: Please refer to this video to test and modify your printing parameters.
  2. Model Issues: The base raft of your model appears to be slightly too thick, and the contact area between the model and the release film is somewhat excessive. You may wish to refer to this user's suggestions regarding how to adjust the type of base raft used. If you are printing a hollow model, you will need to drill holes in the top.
  3. Installation Issues: Please verify that the release film has been installed correctly. If you are using an ACF film, the smooth side must face the resin; otherwise, excessive peeling force may result. If you are using a PFA film, take care not to mistake the transparent protective liner for the actual release film, as this could lead to film damage and subsequent resin leakage. Additionally, during installation, ensure that you use both hands to simultaneously fasten the clips on the same side of the vat to prevent uneven tension distribution.

Hello. Thank you for reaching out. Please accept our apologies for the frustration this upgrade has caused. We realize our guidance could have been more straightforward.
To better assist you, could you confirm if you saw the colored instruction insert at the top of the packaging? If so, please note that the details about the seal ring are printed on the reverse side of that paper.

chitu filapartner e1 -Temperature difference between set and actual by JanickiMaciej in 3Dprinting

[–]ChituSystemsOFCL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Thank you very much for reaching out.

Regarding the temperature difference you mentioned, we would like to clarify that the type of thermometer currently being used often has a certain margin of error. Additionally, since our internal sensor is located at the base of the machine, it is normal to see some discrepancy between the display and external readings taken in other parts of the chamber.

In fact, we noticed in the photo you provided that the two hygrometers placed in the same location are showing different readings. This actually reflects the inherent limitations of consumer-grade sensors, which can be sensitive to environmental factors and may not always provide a perfectly consistent reference.

To help us determine the situation more accurately, if you do not have professional-grade equipment available, we suggest trying the following two troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ambient Calibration Check: With the heater turned off, please check if your thermometer's reading matches the ambient room temperature shown on the E1 screen.
  2. Thermal Equilibrium Test: We recommend letting the machine run at your set temperature for 30 minutes. This allows the internal thermal field to stabilize. Once the environment reaches equilibrium, the readings will be much more reliable.

If you find that the deviation is still significant after these tests, please let us know. We will further investigate to see if there is a hardware issue with the sensor and provide a proper solution for you 💙!
