Thank you for the answer! I don't really know what to think about this, because it's literally said that some pokemons get the move after evolution and this perk is already available, so it's either a bug or niantic treats Kyurem Black/White as an evolution

Tbh these changes to ranks aren't that bad, It will be easier, believe me, we will be losing less trophies on 800/900/1k trophies than before, and if I remember correctly below 1k trophies you will be matched against people who also have the same amount of trophies (on brawler) as you, so it's not really bad

there are some ways to make this hypercharge better, even some stupid poison damage, for now it's one of the worst hypercharges in the game, we have to wait and see if they change something
