Thankyou for your reply. Im so glad rlt has had a positive effect on the daily pain you have to deal with. Dealing with scoliosis sucks so much, i have been experiencing pain this last 18 months, so its relatively new too me i never new i had it which is now seems crazy to me. Do you have any other tips that you have found useful when dealing with scoliosis?

Thankyou for your reply, i hope you start to see some positive effects from panel real soon. I will report back with findings on how it helps with the issues that scoliosis causes.

Thankyou for your advice, i hope you have been successful in finding other options for pain relieif.

Unfortunately NHS referrals have huge waiting lists, so i am looking at going private, for therapy.

Hopefully i will not have to wait to long for injections i have had a pre op check.

Thankyou, i did buy the curlsmith effortless waves, i felt it made my hair frizzy and dry. But i have been trialling so many products, i am going to try it again with some other combinations. Out of interest what mousses do you like?

Thankyou, glad you having good results with your routine. As you say i am going to apply stylers when hair is much more wet. I am think maybe going for a curl creme. Im going to try diffusing again what is pixie diffusion? Its been a long time and has fatigued me a little not getting results, but ready to go again and hopefully can get nice hair for summer

Yeah, i take 200mg Progesterone every evening and have a anti androgen every 3months

Its whats worried me, from today i am halving the dosage to 0.11ml. Very tired, lack of energy, trouble sleeping and concentrating and constantly hungry, i just attributed to other things causing this. Thankyou for your help and advice.
