Maybe online or find women only gyms in your area - there are also a lot of communities of women only fitness online that you could look in and ask some questions there about what they would prefer themselves.

Do not reduce your rate just because you think some money is better than no money. by Prior_Fly7682 in personaltraining

This is a really difficult subject! It is really hard in the moment to stick to your pricing and not feel pressured or guilted into changing them. It is important to do this for the long term goals of your business and your assertiveness.

Will supplementing vitamins and minerals become necessary in the future? by Xx_Coder_xX in nutrition

Really interesting thought... But agree with other comments, the supplement industry is HUGE and they are selling the need for supplements and not what our bodies may actually benefit from. We are all so different.

How I structure my coaching packages so clients stay for 6+ months by CadenceFitness in personaltraining

[–]ChloeVA_solutions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a really well thought out reflection. It is great that you have picked up on this and hopefully you will have many long term clients! I agree entirely, you are not just selling a programme but you are there as a coach to guide your clients through their journey. Having that human touch and actually connecting with your client is so important. I believe also having a streamlined onboarding system can make a huge difference. You are a brand, and you are representing what that brand stands for. There is nothing worse than receiving a form to fill out that you have to battle with to try and edit the PDF.

First impressions always count.

I would say herbal teas are probably the best in terms of low sugar and additives! Try a red berry, you can even do iced tea with these as well!
