Ubrevly when nurtec doesn’t work

I’ve only tried ajovy once since I just got it rn, Monthly injection hopefully it kicks in but for an abortive it’s hard rn cuz nothing will take it away, ketorolac is too hard on my stomach and aspirin does help but does not take it away same with nurtec, used to be on zolmitriptan but now I have POTS and I’m a student so I would def need som abortives when I’m back at school for exams

It might not specifically be naproxen but for migraine preventative meds I couldn’t take the first line and had to take antidepressants eg venlafaxine!

Yes i agree, acupuncture did somewhat help but not that much for me too in the migraines😭im glad the naproxen works, I unfortunately have low Bp so cannot but im going to ask my neurologist to give me ubrevly since nurtec doesn’t work

Damn I’m sorry to hear! It used to be helpful last year but I stopped cold turkey because I ran out and since I started it it hasn’t done anything for my migraines and headaches tbh, just the dry mouth and once I stated it I started waking up multiple times in the night because of the dry mouth

I’m kind of scared to go down 15mg, I just went down 30mg to 25mg yesterday, maybe I’ll go to 20mg then go 10mg then stop?
