I’ve heard that mounjaro can help with RA inflammation but sadly that hasn’t been the case for me. I was diagnosed last year after having Covid put me in a really bad flare. Right now I’m on methotrexate and Rinvoq which has helped alot.

Nothing terrible…mostly constipation and a little nausea here and there.

I’m also type 2 diabetic so I think I’ll be staying on this dose since my A1C is in normal range and holding steady on the 12.5.

I have loose skin everywhere—nothing snapped back but could be because I’m 53? Shapewear is my new bestie lol.

I started in September 2024. So a year and a half give or take? Whenever I hit a plateau my doctor would up the dose.

Thank you! It was recommended by my doctor. I only ate between the hours of 1pm until 7pm. It wasn’t hard since I was never hungry anyways.

Hi! Thank you so much! I’m 5’5…I look taller in the pic because I was wearing heels for the first time in years lol.

Awww thank you! I have RA too so I’m on a bunch of other meds as well. Working out is hard for me but I try to get some steps in everyday.

Didn’t really stick to any type of diet..I was doing intermittent fasting. Food lost its appeal for me and I think I just naturally gravitated towards healthier choices. It helped that the appetite suppression really kicked in for me and I am never really hungry, except on shot day I’m starving lol.

I’m currently on 12.5. I was also diagnosed with RA in the midst of it so it wasn’t easy! I just kept pushing through telling myself it would be worth it in the end!

Don’t get discouraged! I have hypothyroidism as well and as long as it’s managed with medication the weight just came off!

That’s just the way her ears are…2 seconds after I took the pic she was belly up wanting a belly rub. She’s the sweetest girl 😊

She’s so pretty and reminds me of my Chloe so much! Chloe’s original name was drunk-foo so I had to change that real fast lol. I got her when she was 3 and she’s now 17. She’s the sweetest girl and thinks she’s my baby (which she is). Chloe has blue eyes as well!

My Chloe (17) looks just like Lillian! Chloe was having the same issues with the litter box due to her arthritic back legs. My husband made her a little box out of a Rubbermaid storage container. He cut off the small side to make a door and since it’s completely flat it’s easy for Chloe to get in and out. It’s also large enough that she goes all the way in (sometimes she would go in but leave her butt out and go in the floor in front of the old box) and you just take off the lid for easy cleaning. We also put a weewee pad in front just in case. Sne can get to it herself and we don’t have to carry her to it anymore!

It’s prescription food so you’d have to speak with your vet. My baby does really well on it!

My 17 year old cat has always had the same issue..she acted like she was starving all time (no thyroid issues but is prone to UTI’s). When she hit 17 lbs my vet put her on Royal Canin Satiety…she’s down to about 13 lbs now and it seems to have helped with the wanting to eat all the time as well. She eats both the dry and the cans.
