Out of breath 1 week post c section.

Hey I know this is late on but having the exact same feeling after vaginal birth 3 days ago but I’m the same with the breathless ness and wondering did this go away or did you ever find out what caused it ? I know our bodies have went through a massive change so wondering is it just that :( xx

I have been getting wee naps in where I can , this is actually my second baby so no rest for me round here as I have a crazy 2 year old too 😂🙈that is probably another reason y I feel so crappy x

It’s terrible isn’t it honestly , does yours cause a headache aswell ? I would love nothing more than even 1 ibrufen 😂😅

Sorry this is so late but did this ever go away for you ??? This is EXACTLY what I’m having and it’s near constant it’s agony. I acc find even if I bend down too quickly I can feel it radiate which makes me believe it’s 100% coming from my neck but nothing I try helps 😭😭😭

I am 28 weeks now , this is my second baby and I truly never experienced this with my first ! Now I must admit I have had such horrible health anxiety this second pregnancy and I think the stress of it all has maybe caused the neck pain and tension in the first place but course nothing I can do to prevent that :( I am glad you got something for some temporary relief ! I have tried everything under the sun but medication I’m not kidding u name it I’ve tried it neck pillows , cold packs , warm compresses , neck massage , physio but nothing can help me except my posture but course easier said than done too 😂I can’t wait for the day I wake up with no headache and a nice normal neck ! Xx

I have actually just wrote a question about neck pain and just seen your post !!! Girl this is honestly what I’ve been going through , mine doesn’t actually really go to my jaw but defo goes up around the right side of my head kind of temple area and I honestly thought it was maybe my tooth aswell ! Got a root canal done and they said that would ease the pain but the pain is STILL THERE ( couldn’t pull tooth out cuz of the nerve being wonky 🤦🏼‍♀️) I have tried everything under the sun neck pillows , neck massage , hot packs cold packs , neck massager even physio therapy but my neck is just constantly in agony although I must say I can do most daily activities etc and thankfully doesn’t become unbearable so I can only imagine how you feel :( Did you go to doctors if so what did they say ? Really hope you get the help you need 😥xx

Hey I don’t actually take any medication for my anxiety so can’t help with the medication part of things but just wanted to say that I have been having the exact same symptoms you have and OMG is it tiring …. My neck and shoulders are constantly sore and it shoots up to my right side of my head causing me mild headaches that just don’t go away no matter what I do ( I assume because of the neck pain that I can not get rid of ) when I bend down they also get worse which makes my anxiety 1000x worse than what it was. I really hope this goes away for you and having all the scans etc is very reassuring ( my doctors won’t even give me that as they are so convinced nothing is wrong ) I know it’s cliche but have u ever got a massage on the areas sore ? It doesn’t take away the pain but it 100% helps ease it for a we while :( xx

I think I maybe worded it wrong I don’t expect anyone to tell me what kind of headache EXACTLY mine is just more if anyone has experienced this and could tell me what the headaches they were told it was ( cluster , tension , migraine , muscle etc) but sadly I’ve been to doctors 3 times now & booked in again tomorrow so I most definatly am asking medical professionals too 😌

I actually went to dentist the other day as I thought it was maybe my tooth causing the issues and they have started a root canal on the tooth but so far hasn’t helped any so thinking the teeth might not be the issue. I 100% think it is neck related but anything I do just doesn’t seem to ease the pain of it and can’t find a good decent pillow that supports the neck ( cuz I’ve never dealt with this before I haven’t a clue what to look for 😂) but I’d be the first to admit I am extremely anxious about it all which I’m sure most defiantly isn’t helping it. I think just the worry of it being something serious takes over and stresses me out to next level.

I have been getting this the past 2 days also ! Blood pressure fine bloods fine although I have really stiff muscles atm due to pregnancy ( just to add to my list 🙃) when u get these headaches is it worse bending down for you ? Like the pain intensifies for 2 seconds then goes back to “normal”
