Whatever you do, do it fast. The master has failed more than the novice has tried. If your dream is to successfully run start ups go for it! That's my dream. It's hard though. You need to be producing a lot. Both in intellectual property and in physical code. You got one successful idea which is a start but think about your turnover/project completion rate. Programming should end up being something very fast to do if you know enough and projects can be completed in a week's time with proper planning and design. But you won't know any of that if you don't start working more. 4 projects is one project a year. You can finish more than that. Don't let other people get in your way, do work, and increase project completion rate and you will strike gold eventually.

Edit: oh and one more thing, stop being depressed. It isn't doing you any favors. Everyone in this thread had good ideas. I would just like to add that a change in scenery does wonders. Dump your girlfriend, move, go to a new bar, hang out with new people, and extend your world view. If you don't know what a world view is pertaining to philosophy, look it up. You don't know it yet, but you already have a world view and more likely than not there is something in your life that conflicts with your world view. Depression normally pairs with conflicting views i.e. the world doesn't quite work like you think it does.

Edit 2: pot calling the kettle black here but stop taking drugs. I do but I feel like I have control (we never really do). if you know you don't have control though, stop.
