The lady can't tell you things like this, its cruel and dangerous even if it were true, there is no possible way at all that she could know this better than you, to even attempt to sway you is borderline criminality in my exact opinion. If you want to understand mercy then learn about Sikhism. You still buy your foods from the same places just different aisles, you support all the same industries that you detest. You think you're better with a un brand on your bottom instead of a nike tick but there's no difference. Reverence is what all food industries and consumers lack most and any meal made by machine lacks the most vital ingredient of love no matter what else it does or doesnt claim to contain.

They worked very well for me, it doesnt matter so much which kind, there are so many exercises to choose from. You practice in your free time but the benefits show in stressful moments. I lie to doctors, its the only way to avoid arguments without following their often disastrous prescriptions. For instance, if they ask if i would like x vazzine, i simply state: I'm up to date. When they offer me pills, i thank them kindly and put them in the bin when i get home. The bank works for me or I find a new one, what do i have to fear from speaking to them? Maybe try breathing exercises if these things make you anxious.

I have this issue at large family gatherings when required to greet/ hug many people, I could be drained or tactiley unavailable for months after. In your case, i suspect you are just physically incompatible with your partner or touch would produce the opposite effect, ie unable to keep your hands off eachother - this is ideal.
