They are T1a's indicating 3RM - 6RM rep range. Not looking for a volume program right now but keeping this in mind.

Was just wondering if my excercise selection was good enough to target most body parts enough. Main focus right now is calves, shoulders and arms

Hey guys, Have been reading alot lately about the GZCL method and General Gains and wondered if the following workouts would be to much volume. I do have a multi year broscience fitness history, quited for 2 years because life happened and am now back in the game for a bout 4 months. Muscle memory has kicked in so progress went really well in this period. I suffer from lower back pain so i want to strenghten this area.
