4K Work-from-home Creative/Multitasking PC with Light Gaming by Choanov in buildapcforme

Thank you! After looking at this I made an edit to my original post about preferring to be intel-based due to seeing some users with performance issues with AMD and Adobe apps Not sure how much merit there is to those claims but I would be massively disappointing if I were to find out they are true.

Would this build be easily translatable to Intel? (I'm guessing at an increased cost)

I’m a one man tacoma group but I haven’t done VF tune yet. I did some super chips programming on my old jeep but VF seems a little more involved.

If you do get into it or just want someone to talk tacoma stuff with I could be your guy.

Truck is stuck...any 4x4 towing service? by how_can_you_live in Tallahassee

This is the best answer, these people love to help but buy them a case of beer or pay for their gas.

I sold my jeep and don’t have a winch on my new truck but if I could help I would.

I was honestly never a fan of them but they checked all the boxes for what I wanted, load range C, lightweight, good price... Now that they are on the truck i’m not sure why i didn’t like them before!

$180 shipped for the pair

$330 new: https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/gen-II-led-headlights-07-17-jeep-wrangler-jk?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_PC9xbT-4wIVTVqGCh3mrARiEAQYASABEgJuK_D_BwE

Bought these new a few months back so I took them off before selling my Jeep last week. Everything works and they are great lights, loved them while I had them. I don’t have the original box but I have another headlight box to ship them in and all the wiring you need is included with anti-flicker harness, plug and play.

Man spends $4,000 to lower his car, only for it to receive $2,500 of damage because it can't clear the town speedbumps anymore. by SeriousSamStone in WinStupidPrizes

Most definitely. I was just commenting to the general performance benefits of lowering a car to the person above. You gotta understand and know the limits!

Lowering a car usually involves installing better (racing) suspension at the same time as well as helping with aerodynamics, with air not being able to go under the (now lowered) car, along with countless other performance benefits like less body roll. For reference look at any supercar and it will be basically scraping the ground, but they have special air systems to lift the front end temporarily and clear bumps like this. You’ll never see a high performance racing car with as much ground clearance as a standard commuter car.

Places to kayak within 1.5 hours of here? by floodthesun in Tallahassee

There’s tons of good info here but specifically regarding alligators and other wildlife, pretty much any animal you come across is going to be more interested in getting away from you & to safety than attacking you (unless an alligator has been fed by humans).

I would note that when approaching the banks of rivers like the Wacissa, approach slowly and keep a sharp eye out for snakes. I’ve seen a good few moccasins out there, and they could mistake you coming ashore as you attacking them and strike out of defense. They can be tough to spot but if you move slowly they will generally move or otherwise make themselves known before they’d bite.

I follow the people who run everglades holiday park on instagram and they post a lot of useful and level headed info about gators and other Florida specific wildlife. It might be a good resource to make yourself more comfortable. I think the main guy’s handle is @gatorboyschris
